A grotesque festival and an eccentric manifesto again will be introduced
through a unique art scene in the country where technologies are used
senselessly; and social truths are canningly twisted, deceived, and concealed.
The non-sensencial will be revealed by artists and designers to create the
prologue for revolutionary media art based culturalists. The radical and H.I.P
versus the murky-shiny-fooly-brillian
ideas; the beneficial versus the unfavorable ideas; the visible versus the
invisible ideas; and the stunning versus the disgusting ideas will be all
demonstrated with love, care and pondering about through arts, design,
and information media.

ต่างจบลงไปเหมือนกัน เกิดมาต้องตายร่างกายผุพัง ผู้คนเขาชัง ยิ่งคิดระวังไหวหวั่น ต่างเกิดมาร่วมโลกเดียวกัน
ถือผิวชังพรรณ บ้างเหยียดหยามกันเหลือเกิน โลกนี้คือละคร บางบทบางตอน ชีวิตยอกย้อนยับเยิน
ชีวิตบางคนรุ่งเรืองจำเริญ แสนเพลิน เหมือนเดินอยู่บนหนทางวิมาน โลกนี้นี่ดูยิ่งดูเศร้าใจ ชั่วชีวิตวัย
