MADIFESTO
Media Arts and Design Festival 2009
A grotesque festival and an eccentric manifesto will be introduced
through a unique art scene in the country where technologies are used
senselessly; and social truths are canningly twisted, deceived,
and concealed. The non-sensencial will be revealed by artists and designers
to create the prologue for revolutionary media art based culturalists.
The radical and H.I.P versus the murky-shiny-foolybrillian
ideas; the serious versus the absurd ideas; the beneficial versus
the unfavorable ideas; the visible versus the invisible ideas; and the
stunning versus the disgusting ideas will be all
demonstrated with love, care and pondering about through arts,
design, and information media.
The opening of MAD epidemic festival will take place
at two locations in the inner heart of Chiang Mai City
Minimal Gallery, Nimmanhemin soi 13
